This disclosure text has been prepared by UYUM PREFABRİK as the data controller, in accordance with Article 10 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK") and the Communique on the Procedures and Principles for Fulfillment of the Obligation to Inform, in order to inform you, our individual customers and/or authorized persons and employees of our corporate customers, about the purposes of processing your personal data, the legal grounds, the methods of collection, to whom the data may be transferred, and your rights under KVKK.

To retain information required by law, prevent information loss, and ensure the accuracy and security of your data

Legal authorities, courts, and relevant public officials, in case of legal disputes or for security purposes
Public institutions and organizations, lawyers for legal process tracking, tax advisors for financial balance creation, banks for contract performance, cargo companies for document and product delivery, and companies providing accounting support

4. How Do We Collect Your Personal Data and What Are the Legal Reasons for Processing?

The personal data specified above is processed under the legal grounds listed in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK, including:

To fulfill the legal obligations of the data controller
Directly related to the performance of a contract
Necessary for the legitimate interests of the data controller without infringing on the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject

5. What Are Your Rights Regarding the Processing of Your Personal Data and How Can You Access Them?

As per Article 20 of the Constitution, everyone has the right to be informed about their personal data. Article 11 of the KVKK lists the rights of personal data owners.

You can exercise your rights under KVKK by submitting a written request to UYUM PREFABRİK via the methods specified in the “Communique on the Procedures and Principles for Application to the Data Controller,” including sending a registered email (KEP), secure electronic signature, mobile signature, or via the email address previously notified to the data controller.
