  5. Plumbing system: all materials and implementation (wastewater and clean water piping)
  6. Supply of sanitary ware (toilet, sink, shower tray, faucets), excluding installation, if specified in the project
  7. Complete ceiling cladding, ceiling insulation, and roof covering
  8. Interior & Exterior ceiling, metal parts painting and priming, and silicone sealing
  9. Loading of materials onto vehicles provided by the buyer is the responsibility of the seller
  1. Concrete foundation and all types of excavation work
  2. Floor and wall finishing (screed, ceramic, tile, carpet, etc.)
  3. Construction permits required for building setup
  4. Transportation, transport insurance, and, if necessary, crane and scaffold supply

  6. Heating and cooling systems (radiator, air conditioning, etc.)
  7. Kitchen upper and lower cabinets, and bathroom cabinets

  10. Accommodation and meal costs of the installation team for out-of-town projects
