  10. Our structures are guaranteed for 2 (Two) years against manufacturing and installation errors.

  2. Floor and wall cladding work (screed, ceramic, tile, carpet, etc.)
  3. Required permits for the construction of the building
  4. Transportation, transportation insurance, and if necessary, crane and scaffold provision
  5. External connections of the building. (Electricity, grounding line, waste and clean water, etc.)
  6. Heating and cooling systems (radiators, air conditioners, etc.)
  7. Kitchen upper and lower cabinets and bathroom cabinets
  8. Telephone, TV, Computer, UPS, Data installation and fixtures.
  9. Provision of electricity to be used during installation.
