  3. Installation of all windows including double-glazing
  4. Electrical installation materials and applications inside the building (outlets, switches, fuses, lighting fixtures)
  5. Plumbing materials and applications (cold and hot water pipework)
  6. Procurement of sanitary ware if available in the project (toilet, sink, shower tray, faucets) excluding installation
  7. Ceiling coverings, ceiling insulation, roof covering
  8. Interior & exterior ceiling, metal parts painting, priming, and silicone application
  9. Loading of materials onto vehicles sent at the buyer’s side is the responsibility of the seller
  1. Floor concrete and all excavation works
  2. Floor and wall cladding works (screed, ceramic, tiles, carpet, etc.)
  3. Necessary permits for the construction of the building
  4. Transportation, transportation insurance, and crane or scaffold provision if necessary
  5. External connections outside the building (electricity, grounding lines, sewage, and clean water, etc.)
  6. Heating and cooling systems (radiators, air conditioning, etc.)
  7. Kitchen base and top cabinets and bathroom cabinets
  8. Telephone, TV, Computer, UPS, Data installations and fittings
  9. Provision of electricity for the installation process
  10. Accommodation and meal costs for the team in off-city installations
  11. Protection of materials against theft at the installation site
