  1. Assembly of all building components (wall panels and joint elements)
  2. Installation of the exterior door (steel door) and interior doors (American panel doors)
  3. Installation of all windows including double glazing
  4. Internal electrical installations including materials (sockets, switches, circuit breakers, lighting fixtures)
  5. Plumbing materials and installations (sewage and clean water piping)
  6. Supply of sanitary ware materials in the project (toilet, sink, shower tray, faucets) — installation not included
  7. All ceiling coverings, ceiling insulation, and roof covering
  8. Interior & exterior ceiling, metal parts painting, priming, and silicone sealing
  9. Loading of materials onto transport vehicles is under the responsibility of UYUM PREFABRIK
  10. Our structures are guaranteed for 2 (two) years against manufacturing and assembly defects.
  1. Ground concrete and all kinds of excavation works
  2. Floor and wall covering works (screed, ceramic, tile, carpet, etc.)
  3. Permits required for the installation of the building
  4. Transportation, transportation insurance, and, if necessary, crane and scaffold supply
  5. External utility connections (Electricity, grounding line, sewage and clean water, etc.)
  6. Heating and cooling installations (radiators, air conditioning, etc.)
  7. Kitchen base and wall cabinets, and bathroom cabinets
  8. Telephone, TV, computer, UPS, data installation and fixtures
  9. Electricity supply to be used during installation
  10. Accommodation and meal costs of the team for out-of-town installations
  11. Protection of materials against theft at the installation site
